Interior designer Bobby Berk is a master at elevating a space with purpose. Not only has he proven his expertise on Netflix's Queer Eye, but the star also has his own furniture line and there's plenty more where that came from. Today, Berk teamed up with QVC to drop a brand-new home collaboration complete with must-have pieces ready to transform a place with ease.

“I have been a fan of QVC for years," he tells House Beautiful. "You never expect to end up on that channel, but when you do, you have fun, so when QVC approached me, I said absolutely. On Queer Eye, I always talk about how design can change your life. But I never get to dive into how these specific pieces help with this and that. At QVC, I’ll be able to directly talk to my people."

His efforts with QVC focused on providing solutions for customers. In addition to putting out quality staples, practicality and functionality were his biggest priorities, especially in small spaces given his experience as a designer in New York City. "Her space was so small she couldn't have a headboard because the door wouldn't open," he shares of an old neighbor who inspired the headboard. "I remember I hand-painted one on her wall instead. This headboard was all about creating something beautiful and a space saver."

"Like the storage items that fit under your bed or sofa because you really need to maximize your real estate not just left to right, but also top to bottom."

"I actually use this light at night to walk my dog," Berk mentions. "I sometimes keep it next to my bed on my nightstand to grab some water. It's perfect because I don't have to turn on any lights and I don't step on my dog's bones or wake up my husband. It's very multifunctional."

Seating couldn't be more important. You want to make sure there's a spot for everyone in your living room. "Your coffee table should be working double time," he emphasizes. "Instead, use a storage cube because you can put your feet on it, store items inside of it, and have extra seating for friends. I went next level with this piece because you can seat up to five friends."

"I was a New Yorker for 14 years," Berk recalls. "And even when I was living in a 200 square foot apartment, on the 6th-floor walk-up and I barely had money to pay rent, I understood the importance of good bedding and towels."
